A CueForge service for Orlando event businesses

Websites that make the next step obvious.

CueForge refreshes websites for Orlando event businesses, giving mobile visitors clear paths to understand the offer, call, request a quote, check availability, or start a booking conversation.

Start with a 15-minute conversation. If there’s a fit, you’ll receive a written scope before any paid work begins.

Mobile firstDesigned around how customers evaluate vendors from a phone.
Written scopeDeliverables, responsibilities, and exclusions are agreed before production.
Client-owned accountsDomains, hosting, and paid services remain under the client’s control.

Who it fits

Built around the way event businesses are evaluated.

The initial service is intentionally focused on Orlando companies whose customers need to understand services, see the work, and start an inquiry without hunting through the site.

DJs and entertainment

Make packages, event types, availability, and the inquiry path easier to understand.

AV and production

Organize capabilities and help planners reach the right technical conversation faster.

Rentals and vendors

Clarify inventory categories, service areas, quote requests, and required booking steps.

Catering and event food

Present service formats, menus or specialties, and the route to availability or a quote.

Common friction

A strong business can still be hard to understand on a phone.

A controlled refresh

Core work is defined before the build begins.

Every site has different platforms, content, and integrations. The final deliverables are listed in a written project scope rather than assumed from a generic package.

A refresh may include

  • A focused set of core pages or equivalent sections
  • Mobile-first responsive presentation
  • One clear primary inquiry path
  • Organization of approved services and categories
  • Placement of approved brand and media assets
  • Basic page titles and descriptions
  • Testing of agreed links, forms, phone numbers, and images
  • Two consolidated revision rounds when included in scope.

Separately scoped when needed

  • Full copywriting or brand strategy
  • Photography, video, or extensive media editing
  • Logo or identity redesign
  • Booking, inventory, CRM, payment, or custom integrations
  • Platform, hosting, or large content migrations
  • Advertising and ongoing maintenance

About Mike

Event-industry context, not generic agency theater.

Mike Antcliff works in Orlando’s event and AV world. CueForge Website Refresh applies that operator perspective to the customer-facing side of an event business: what people need to understand, which systems must remain intact, and where the handoff to a real conversation should happen.

The service does not promise rankings, leads, bookings, revenue, or conversion results. It provides the design and implementation work defined in the written scope.

Quick answers

Before starting a refresh.

Will CueForge work with every website platform?

No universal platform promise is made. The current platform and required integrations are reviewed before a scope or price is offered.

Does a refresh require replacing booking or catalog tools?

Not automatically. Existing systems are retained when practical. Replacements, migrations, and custom integrations require separate review and scope.

Who owns the website accounts?

The client should own production domains, hosting, and paid third-party services. Access and launch responsibilities are documented in the project scope.

Are photography and promotional video included?

Placement of approved client assets may be included. New photography, video production, and extensive media work are separate services.
